As I walk this road of memories past

And the peace I seek escapes my grasp

I can only turn to You, my Saviour Lord

Upon whom all my grief and sin was poured

You bore the pain and heard my cries

And then for me, You bled and died

I place my life in Your nail-scarred hands

And plead through me fulfill Your plans

Here is my heart, my soul, my mind

Do what You will, complete Your design

As You mold and forge and carve

Make me Yours, Lord, renew my heart
